If you are looking for composition theory, editing tricks, or step-by-step formulas, forgive me - this is not that.
This is a different kind of coaching.
What I offer is something simpler, yet harder to find: authentic imperfection.
We will work with what is in front of us — natural light, a model, emotion, and presence. You will learn how to see light differently, how to connect with the person in front of your lens, and how to capture the photograph between the photographs. You should already feel comfortable with your camera, but you will leave with a deeper, more intuitive understanding of it.
This is a day of shooting, seeing, and creating — with conversation and reflection woven throughout, with wine & cheese, teas, water, cookies and healthy options.
My studio is simple, relaxed, calming, inspiring.
In an age of AI, presets, and filters, perfection is easy — no longer the result of years of practice. And with that, it has become boring, often hollow. People are starting to crave authenticity again. Let’s step back and create images that are alive, stand up, and stand out.

Many people might be interested in learning how to shoot their loved one in a better way — a professional way. For this, I have created a shorter workshop. No camera is needed; rather, we shoot your muse in the studio together. Natural light, beautiful angles — so much is possible.
